What method of payments do you accept?

The following forms of payment are accepted on gooeez.com:

American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay

For security purposes, we are unable to accept payments made via Prepaid Visa cards
or any form of gift card.

Can I change my order after is has been placed?

To request a change, you can contact us at info@gooeez.com and
we will do our best to accommodate any possible changes. 

Can I add an item to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add an item to your order once it has been placed. 

When will I receive my confirmation email/proof of purchase?

Your order confirmation email is sent immediately. If you do not see it, please
check your junk mail. Your order confirmation email contains your order number.

Can I change my shipping address once an order is placed?

In the case that a new shipping address is needed, we would have to cancel the
original order and place a new order with the correct shipping address. 

What is your return policy?

For regular priced merchandise, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. Online and in-store purchases are eligible to be returned in store.

Goo-eez offers free online returns for Canadian and US orders.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

— Items that are worn, washed and/or have tags removed 

— Items marked as final sale

How do I return my order?

All eligible online orders can be returned. Simply follow our Return Portal and we will get back to you with a prepaid return shipping label to stick on the return package.

The label should be placed on the package for drop off at the carrier's local depot within 10 days of receiving it. Returns beyond this timeline may be deemed as expired and will no longer be accepted as a valid return. 

Returns of items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned to the store that processed your transaction. 

How long does it take for me to get my money back?

Once we receive the item(s) back at our facility, we require 5-7 business days to process the return. A notification will be sent to your email once processed. 

Your banking institution can take up to an additional 10 business days to credit the
refund back to your account.

Am I able to exchange my order? 

At this moment the quickest way to exchange an item is to simply place and pay for a new order with the correct item and return the unwanted piece for a full refund.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

In the rare case you received a defective or damaged item, please contact info@gooeez.com with a photo and order number.

How Hot/Cold will the boots protect against?

All Goo-eez boots protect up to 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit of heat and -60 Celsius or -76 Fahrenheit of cold. This extreme protection is possible due to the silicone interior. The exterior heels are added protection!

How do I wash my Goo-eez apparel and Paw-Wear?

For Paw-Wear machine wash cold with like colors. Leave out to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

For apparel you can reference the care tag on the inner stitching of your apparel item. Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Hang to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

How do I know which size to buy?

Paw-wear and Apparel has a Sizing page that can be located at the top of the website. We
encourage you to use these references.
